STAY AT LIGHT HOUSE

In Light House you can experience a serene stay in Rishikesh, by the holy Ganga, wake up to the mellifluous bird chirps, lofty Shivalik hills and lush forests. Light House is surrounded by a few kilometers of green grassland (Golf course) and mild forest. The river Ganga splits into three and the horizon encompasses the foothills of the Himalayas – The Holy Shivalik Mountains. A pandemonium of parrots can be spotted flocking around all day, the squeals of Grey Hornbill, chirps of other exotic birds and occasional cries of peacocks are pure music to the soul, and on some lucky days one may even spot a herd of wild deer (Sambar) or other members of the wilderness.

FOUNDER’S MESSAGE

In the year 1993 when I was hit with the first flash of light and I went into a profound meditation for eighteen months, my spontaneous prayer was this “O Supreme! Do not give me a Spirituality which I cannot share with the rest of the world”. That was the beginning of Light House. Then came the total realization in 1994 – where I saw the whole Universe as a flicker frame to frame and I was THAT Infinite Light – solid, hard and real. After Twenty Five years of living in Meditation, I finally built Lighthouse with one clear intention.. WHOSEVER COMES HERE MUST GO BACK CONNECTED TO THE DIVINE ENERGY AND BE A LIGHT UNTO ONESELF. So Light House is dedicated to Self Transformation where one comes and learns the Art of Complete Surrender and thereby spontaneously releasing the psychological patterns of fear, greed, anxiety, hurts and habits etc.

Lighthouse trains you in Hatha and Viniyasa Yoga, Pranayam, Yoga Sutras, Spontaneous Kriya Meditation and living a life in awareness. Nature Cure Treatments like Massages, Steam, Enema and Mud Baths are also given.

We serve Hygienic, Healthy and Ayurvedic food and take the students for Ganga baths and forest walks. We also visit various Spiritual, Holy places. I personally teach Kriya Meditation and Alankrita, Rajat and Gaurav teach various aspects of Yoga.. Jnana, Bhakti, Karma, Hatha & Viniyasa Yogas. All teachers are Masters in their craft and are actually living a life of Yoga.
